Your Roadmap
A half-day to full-day Digital Roadmap Session that sets out who the site is for, what each page needs to do and what success looks like. From £800 + VAT, credited against your website.
Step 3
Design
We design your homepage first and get it right with you, then carry it across the rest of the site. No surprises at the end.
Step 4
Build and launch
Content, tracking, redirects and testing, then go-live with no downtime. Launch websites take 2 to 4 weeks, larger builds 6 to 12.
Step 5
After launch
A care plan keeps it fast, secure and up to date, and the Enquiry Engine keeps the enquiries growing.

How long does a website take?
Launch websites usually take 2 to 4 weeks, and larger builds 6 to 12. We’ll agree a timeline with you at the start and keep you posted every step of the way.
How do payments work?
50% to start, 30% when you approve the homepage design, and 20% before launch.
Do I own my website?
Yes, always. Your domain, your website and your accounts are yours to keep. If you ever move on, everything goes with you.
What do you build websites on?

Can I update the website myself?
Yes, any time. And if something will take more than a few minutes, feel free to send it our way.
Do you look after hosting and maintenance?
Yes. Care plans start from £79 + VAT a month and cover hosting, updates, security and edits. E-commerce websites start from £299 + VAT a month.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Some websites have good bones and just need a refresh. Others need a full rebuild. We’ll be honest about which yours needs.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
Not if it’s done properly. We map your old pages to the new ones, set up redirects and check everything after launch, to protect the rankings you’ve already earned.
Do you only work with businesses in Cambridge?
No. We’re Cambridge-based and work with businesses in Huntingdon, Cambridge, St Neots, Peterborough and Bedford, and right across the UK.
What’s the difference between you and a cheaper agency?
We don’t use templates, we start with strategy rather than design, and we’re still here after launch. You’ll deal with the same small senior team from start to finish.
Can we start with just one thing?
Yes. Plenty of clients start with one thing, like a new website, SEO or a Digital Roadmap Session, then add more once they see it working. We’ll suggest the best first step for you.
Do you use AI?
Yes, where it genuinely helps. AI lets us work faster and spot opportunities sooner, but real people plan, write and check everything we do.
