How much does website maintenance cost?
Our care plans start from £79 + VAT a month. There are four: Essential £79, Plus £149, Pro £299 and Premium £499. E-commerce websites start on Pro.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. Care plans are monthly from day one.
Can I still edit my own website?
Yes, any time. And if something will take more than a few minutes, feel free to send it our way.
Do you look after WordPress websites?
Yes. WordPress maintenance is a big part of what we do: updates, security, backups and fixes, handled every month.
Do you look after websites you didn’t build?
Usually, yes. We’ll check it over first so we know what we’re taking on, and tell you honestly if anything needs fixing.
What happens if my website goes down?
Our 24/7 monitoring alerts us straight away, and we get to work on fixing it. With a daily off-site backup, we can restore your website quickly if we need to.
Will you move my website onto your hosting?
Yes. We handle the move for you, and keep you posted every step of the way.
What’s the difference between a care plan and the Enquiry Engine?
A care plan keeps your website fast, secure and up to date. The Enquiry Engine is about growth: SEO, Google Ads and follow-up that bring in more of the right enquiries.
Do you build new websites too?
Yes. If your website needs more than looking after, take a look at our website design.
Can we start with just one thing?
Yes. Plenty of clients start with one thing, like a new website, SEO or a Digital Roadmap Session, then add more once they see it working. We’ll suggest the best first step for you.
We’re with another agency. Is it hard to move?
Not at all. We handle the move for you, from your website and hosting to your Google accounts, so nothing breaks and nothing gets lost along the way.
Do you use AI?
Yes, where it genuinely helps. AI lets us work faster and spot opportunities sooner, but real people plan, write and check everything we do.
