We were looking for a new website partner that specialised in WordPress and WooCommerce as one of our customers required a redesign of their ecommerce website. Their current website had a high number of subscriptions, so ensuring these were all migrated over to the new website was a necessity.

We met with a couple of other website design agencies, but Zak from Zed Studio, spent the time to understand what our customer was looking for, and from that first meeting, gave us the confidence that we had chosen the right agency.

Our customer was very happy with the new website, and everything that we asked of Zak as far as functionality both for the customer experience and for the back end were provided. Zak also worked with the hosting company to ensure the transition from the old website to the new one went smoothly.

The new website has been live for about 6 months now and when we have needed support with queries, he is still happy to help, even though the customer doesn’t have a maintenance package. Which is very rare, as most website design companies, once the website has gone live, ghost you.

We would highly recommend Zak and Zed Studio and would definitely use them again if needed.
